Statues That Fall, is ROGUE STATE's debut release. There is so much happening in this raw 29-minute sonic deliverance. There’s enough smooth and swelling bass, harmonic riffing, gasping vocals, and of course, insane drumming to make even the most bitter, “heard-it-all” burnout curl an eyebrow. From frantic to calm, this solid four-piece fulmination merits the ears of all people pushing for new musical angles. Fans of I-Spy, Propagandhi, Motorhead, and Yaphet Kotto should really deserve a good crotch kicking for not allowing this piece of plastic to enter their incomplete noise collection.
